A Service Call fee of $93 (plus tax) is the cost for us to send one our technicians to your home and make a diagnostic evaluation of your heating and cooling system. Afterward, our technician will provide you with his recommendations and the cost to complete them.

We don't charge by the hour; instead, we use Flat-Rate Pricing. Flat rate pricing provides you with the total cost to complete the repair as listed in our database. The cost does not go up or down no matter how long the repair takes. Once we receive your authorization, we will complete the repairs. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks.

New System Estimates

Do you need a consultation for a new heating or cooling system? We offer a comprehensive in home estimate at NO CHARGE. This process requires investigating the following:

1. The comfort and budget needs of you as a client
2. The construction details of your home
3. The design characteristics of the existing heating and cooling system.

This process takes about 90 minutes or so depending on how many questions that you may have. It is best if everyone involved in the decision-making process is present for this consultation.

Warranty Information For HVAC Services

One way that we stand out from other contractors in the area is our 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty that comes standard with each repair that we complete. A recent poll shows that many contractors in the Triad Area only have a 30-90 day labor warranty. Our goal is to make a quality repair on your heating or cooling system and give you the peace of mind that you won't have to pay again if that part fails.

All repairs under our warranty will be made during normal working hours. Our warranty does not cover conditions outside the control of Cool Breeze 1250 Heating and Cooling, including, but not limited to accidents, fire, misuse, improper adjustments, modifications, alterations, tampering, vandalism or failure to properly maintain the equipment.
