Sam is a great technician. Very friendly and explained what the issue was so I understood it. I appreciated that he gave me the full options and didn’t try to pressure me in the most expensive option. I really like having Sam come because I feel that he is being honest with me.

Cool Breeze was quick to respond when our heat went out. Sam came out first thing the next morning, was quick to diagnose the issue and repair it. Sam was very professional and explained the issue in detail.
